to provide a Shazam-style listening companion for its TV app users. Whether watching live or on-demand programming, Gracenote’s audio fingerprinting tech automatically identifies the show and delivers relevant additional content.
The ‘always on’ listening function provides polls, social media activity and transactional opportunities without the user having to manually enter search terms.
